The tones bathe a person in a cocoon of warm resonance, seemingly dissolving the physical density in your body, allowing you to become one with the sound vibrations.
In this deep state of relaxation, brain waves are slowed, creating a shift in any existing energy blockages, creating a more balanced chakra system, and realigning both the physical and light bodies in harmony with the Universal Resonance.

The session includes Chakra balancing and harmonic healing using tuned Energy Chimes and The Mayan Tones of Creation. The harmonics activate every atom in the body, allowing one to enter effortlessly into a Theta brain wave state, emerging deeply relaxed and rejuvenated. A 60 minute transformational healing journey.
I have studied with Emille Conrad, learning her CONTINUUM method of movement, sound and use of space. I have trained in Sound Healing with Jonathan Goldman. Other work includes creative writing, massage therapy and storytelling.
